GUITARIST LEAVES REVEREND AND THE MAKERS
Guitarist TOM JARVIS has quit British rock group REVEREND AND THE MAKERS.
Frontman Jon 'The Reverend' MCClure claims the axeman had "had enough" and recently left the band.
But MCClure isn't waiting around - he's already appointed a replacement in former Milburn guitarist Tom Rowley, who he brands "a genius".
The singer tells NME.com, "It's a shame because his guitars are mental on the new record. But now Tom Rowley is joining - he is cool...
"People have love in their hearts for him... and me and him together have something amazing. I want to get on (to) album three straight away as he's a genius."
The group's second LP, French Kiss in the Chaos, is due for release later this year (09).
