GUCCI MANE JAILED

Rapper GUCCI MANE has been jailed for a year by a U.S. judge after he failed to complete court ordered community service imposed on him for assault.
The star - real name Radric Davis - was ordered to carry out 600 hours of unpaid work when he was found guilty of hitting a concert promoter with a pool cue in 2005.
But he was found to have carried out just 25 hours.
Davis was also arrested in July (08) for driving under the influence, marijuana possession, and possession of a firearm by a felon. He was also found to have violated his probation by using marijuana and ecstasy.
During a 12 September (08) court appearance in Atlanta, Georgia, he pleaded for "one more chance" but the judge revoked one year of his probation and sent him behind bars. After he is released, Davis still has two-and-a-half years of probation and will still have to serve the 600 hours of community service.
