U.S. funnywoman KATHY GRIFFIN has taken action against a neighbour for allegedly violating her property by building a new wall.
The Life On The D-List star has filed a complaint with Los Angeles' Building and Safety department to halt any further construction next to her Hollywood home.
According to official documents released by TMZ.com, Griffin's neighbour has begun work on a driveway extension and the excavation of a new wall without seeking the correct permits.
The neighbour has been ordered to halt any further work on the property and may face a bill for the investigation into the complaint.
