GREEN GIVES UP ON WEDDINGS
Soul legend-turned-minister AL GREEN has stopped officiating weddings at his church in Memphis, Tennessee - because too many tourists wanted to exchange vows before him.
The Let's Stay Together singer is a pastor at the Full Gospel Tabernacle, where star spotting has overshadowed religion and worship.
He explains, "We destroyed the (waiting) list (because) there were too many people coming from Tokyo, from Seoul, from Arkansas, New York, California."
