GREEN DAY TO RELEASE FOXBORO HOT TUBS DEBUT

GREEN DAY are rush releasing their new album - as the FOXBORO HOT TUBS.
The punk trio confirmed they were masquerading as FHT in a recent interview, and they're having so much fun trying to outwit fans with their new moniker, the band will release its new album under it's alter-ego.
The album, titled Stop Drop + Roll, will feature six tracks the band posted on line - as Foxboro Hot Tubs in December (07).
Frontman Billie Joe Armstrong tells Rolling Stone magazine the new act allowed Green Day to record quickly.
He says, "We write songs as we go, on the fly, fast and spontaneous."
No release details were available as WENN went to press.
