GREEN DAY ALBUM INSPIRES ART SHOW

GREEN DAY's hit album 21ST CENTURY BREAKDOWN has inspired an upcoming London art exhibition.
The show will feature 21 original pieces of artwork influenced by the band's 2009 record, and frontman Billie Joe Armstrong is delighted the group's music had a hand in developing such a creative display.
He says, "We're really excited to be associated with this incredible show. Seeing the pieces that our new album has inspired is very exciting. We feel a strong connection to that type of creative expression; we think the fans coming out will love it."
The artwork will be on display in Shoreditch, east London from 22 October (09).
