GRAY HIT HARD BY DANCING ELIMINATION

MACY GRAY was so devastated to be voted off U.S. talent show DANCING WITH THE STARS on Wednesday night (23Sep09), she pulled out of a planned TV appearance.
The I Try hitmaker's performances failed to impress viewers, and she was kicked off the show in the first week, along with George Hamilton and Alana Stewart's son Ashley Hamilton.
The pair was due to appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live! shortly after their dismissal - but Gray could not face the TV cameras, according to her dance partner Jonathan Roberts.
He says, "She put her whole heart into the show and just feels she let her fans down and she's really emotional about it."
