GOMEZ 'JUST FRIENDS' WITH LAUTNER

SELENA GOMEZ's pal JENNIFER STONE has played down the actress' relationship with TWILIGHT hunk TAYLOR LAUTNER, insisting girls can "have guy friends".
The teenage stars sparked rumours they were dating last week (ends24Apr09) when they were spotted laughing and playing around together in Vancouver, Canada.
Lautner, 18, is currently shooting Twilight sequel New Moon, while Gomez is in the city working on new film Ramona and Beezus.
But Gomez's Wizards of Waverly Place co-star Stone is adamant there's nothing romantic going on between the pair.
She tells Eonline.com's Marc Malkin, "Just because they're hanging out together doesn't mean they're dating, you know. A lot of girls have guy friends.
"They're just friends. She's friends with guys!"
