GOLDBERG AIRS CONCERN FOR AILING FREEMAN

WHOOPI GOLDBERG has sent pal MORGAN FREEMAN a message of support after he was hurt in a car crash on Sunday night (03Aug08).
The actor has since undergone surgery on his left arm and hand, and was said to be "doing well" in a statement released by his publicist on Tuesday (05Aug08).
And Goldberg - who welcomed Freeman on U.S. chat show The View, which she co-hosts, just last month (Jul08) to promote his new movie The Dark Knight - is wishing him a speedy recovery.
The comedienne appeared in her own guest slot on Good Morning America on Tuesday, when she sent her well-wishes to Freeman.
Addressing him directly, she said: "Morgan, you just don't even sweat it. You get better, we're thinking of you... we're waiting for you baby."
