GIRLS ALOUD star NADINE COYLE has been struck down with a viral infection.
The singer has pulled out of promoting the band's new single The Promise after she was diagnosed with shingles - a painful skin rash.
Bandmate Nicola Roberts says, "Nadine's not very well at the minute and she's got a horrible bug, she's got shingles. So we all wish her well"
