GIBSON'S SISTER WAS ALSO A FORMER NANNY FOR LOWE

LATEST: ROB LOWE's former nanny only landed the job with the actor's family via her half-sister, who had previously worked for the star herself.
Former childminder Jessica Gibson has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Lowe, alleging he placed his hand inside her "pants in order to touch her crotch" and "grabbed Gibson's buttocks without consent" several times between September 2005 and January 2008.
Gibson also alleges Lowe repeatedly exposed his penis to her, as well as frequently asking her "to touch his penis".
And according to Gibson's father Jim, her sister Jamie feels bad about being the one who introduced Jessica to Lowe, but doesn't regret the move.
He tells People.com, "I'm sure (Jamie) thinks if only she could go back and change things she would. But, she can't - there's no point regretting the past. No one in the family wants her to think that way. What's done is done."
"They don't consider each other half-sisters but full, true sisters - one family. She is concerned for Jessica and is supporting her now and tries not to dwell on the past. We've all pulled together as a family to help Jessie."
Jim also spoke out about the controversy on Wednesday (16Apr08), when he alleged his daughter worked "ridiculous hours" for the Lowes.
And he claims the long hours were also a problem for his other daughter Jamie, when she worked as a nanny for the Lowes in 2000: "She was happy to get out of there. She couldn't take it anymore. Nothing really bad happened like it did with Jessie, but Jamie was overworked and couldn't stand it."
Lowe has denied the claims and counters that Jessica made up the allegations in an extortion scheme.
But her lawyer, Gloria Allred, insists: "Jessica has nothing to hide, and we wonder if Mr. Lowe will take that position as well."
