GIBSON CAN'T FORGIVE FRANCO FOR BEATING HIM UP

LATEST: R+B star and actor TYRESE GIBSON is struggling to forgive JAMES FRANCO after the SPIDER-MAN villain beat him up on the set of ANNAPOLIS. The two stars' feud went public earlier this year (07) when Gibson revealed he'd never work with method actor Franco again after the pair clashed on set. Franco insists he has since reached out to Gibson in an effort to apologise for his actions on the set - but neither has spoken about the details of their issues, until now. In the July (07) issue of Elle magazine, 2 Fast 2 Furious star Gibson reveals his co-star's method acting extremes led to the feud. He explains, "James Franco is a method actor. I respect method actors, but he never snapped out of character. "Whenever we'd have to get in the ring for boxing scenes, and even during practice, the dude was full-on hitting me. "I was always like, 'James, lighten up, man. We're just practising.' He never lightened up."
