GETTY CONFIRMS SEPARATION FROM WIFE

LATEST: Actor BALTHAZAR GETTY has confirmed reports he has split from his wife ROSETTA, amid rumours he is having an affair with actress SIENNA MILLER.
The Brothers + Sisters star, 33, was photographed frolicking on a yacht off Italy's Amalfi coast with a topless Miller earlier this month (Jul08), just days after he denied he was romantically involved with the Alfie star.
But Getty, who has four children with Rosetta, says the photographs have forced him to admit he and his wife are living apart.
In a statement released on Monday (21Jul08), he says, "The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved.
"In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that, yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further."
