GERVAIS WANTS PACINO FOR EXTRAS

Funnyman RICKY GERVAIS has his sights on a new target for his hit TV show EXTRAS - Hollywood legend AL PACINO.
The British comedian has convinced a string of A-list stars - including Kate Winslet, David Bowie, George Michael, and Orlando Bloom - into agreeing to appear on the programme in the past.
Now he wants to land his biggest ever target, by luring Godfather star Pacino onto the show for a one-off special episode on the TV series, about a struggling actor who rubs shoulders with the stars.
Gervais writes on his blog that he is penning a new episode with comedy partner Stephen Merchant, adding: "Does anyone know Al Pacino?"
