GERVAIS TURNED DOWN MENDES
EVA MENDES is desperate to land a role on RICKY GERVAIS' EXTRAS - after she was turned down for a cameo on the hit TV show.
The brunette beauty is a big fan of the comedy series, which features big celebrity guest stars in each episode - and was disappointed after the show bosses denied her a role.
And now she is determined to appear on the sitcom, which is written by and stars Gervais as a struggling actor.
When asked if she has any unfulfilled ambitions, she responds: "Yes, to appear in an episode of Ricky Gervais' show Extras.
"It's one of my favourite shows ever and they turned me down. I was like, guys, you don't understand I am quite a big deal in the States, and I don't go on TV shows, but I really want to go on your show.
"I love Ricky Gervais, I love British humour - it's my kind of humour, but they won't have me."

This is my second comment on a ridiculous story on this website. You might be interested
to know that Ricky Gervais ended his show "Extras" last year, (2007,) and much like
the original "Office," it won't be back. Perhaps she doesn't know, but you should. It's
like writing a story about someone wanting to be part of the Clinton Administration.
Do some research for f's sake. Contactmusic.com loses credibility with every article
I read. Just think, I haven't even read all of them.
