GERSHON: 'AGENTS' LAWSUIT IS WITHOUT MERIT'
GINA GERSHON has responded to a lawsuit from her former talent agents, branding allegations she failed to pay them commission "completely without merit".
Bosses at Fortitude talent agency have accused Gershon of refusing to pay them the 10 per cent commission they're due for helping her book a job in the Broadway play Boeing Boeing.
The agents, who are suing for compensation, claim the actress made "several hundred thousand dollars" from the 2008 New York stage show but "chooses to forget about those people who help her in her career".
But the Showgirls star has refuted the claims.
A statement released to RadarOnline.com reads: "This lawsuit is completely without merit. Gina Gershon paid full commission to her representatives, talent agency Innovative Artists and management company Untitled Entertainment, who helped her book the Broadway play, Boeing Boeing."
