GEORGE MICHAEL ARRESTED IN PUBLIC TOILETS OVER DRUGS
George Michael has been arrested in public toilets suspected of possessing drugs.
Reports claim the singer was arrested after he was seen loitering in underground toilets in Hampstead Heath, north London, on Friday.
When police officers arrived at the scene, Michael was said to still be in the facilities and was reportedly found to be in possession of cannabis and crack cocaine.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan police said: "I can confirm that a 45-year-old man was arrested on September 19 on suspicion of possession of drugs in the Hampstead Heath area.
"He was taken to a north London police station where he received a caution for possession of class A and class C drugs."
Last month, the former Wham singer told reporters he would no longer be performing stadium tours.
