GATELY'S HOME BURGLED

BOYZONE star STEPHEN GATELY is devastated after $160,000 (GBP80,000) worth of jewellery was stolen from his London home.
The Irish singer discovered the items missing after returning to his home in the exclusive area of Highgate to find it had been raided by thieves.
Among the items that were stolen include a $40,000 (GBP20,000) Cartier diamond ring, a diamond encrusted bracelet from his partner Andy Coules, and a $40,000 (GBP20,000) custom-made Rolex watch, which Gately had bought with his first royalties payment from the boyband.
He says, "I'm deeply upset because these items had great sentimental value. They'll probably be sold off for a fraction of their true value."
