GALLAGHER: 'OASIS ARE AS GOOD AS THE ROLLING STONES'

NOEL GALLAGHER thinks so highly of his band OASIS, he considers them to be on the same level as rock veterans THE ROLLING STONES.
The Wonderwall star made the daring admission during a recent gig on the group's current U.S. tour.
And he's adamant his fans hold the same opinion.
He told the crowd, "Everybody knows who we are. You have to see us in league with The Rolling Stones now.
"Everybody's heard of the Stones, everybody knows what they sound like, everybody knows what they do."
