GABOR TO HAVE SURGERY ON LEG INFECTION
Veteran actress ZSA ZSA GABOR is to undergo surgery after contracting a "severe infection in her legs".
The 90-year-old will go under the knife at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Tuesday (18Sep07).
Gabor, who was partially paralysed after a 2002 car crash, has been relying on the use of a wheelchair and walking aid in recent years to get around - and her current illness is a direct result of her immobility, according to her publicist, John Blanchette.
He adds, "She's been inactive for the last four years."
Gabor suffered a stroke in 2005 and was forced to have emergency surgery to clear a blocked artery.
