FRIEL'S DAISIES COMING BACK FROM THE DEAD?

ANNA FRIEL and KRISTIN CHENOWETH are hoping to conclude the storyline of their quirky TV show PUSHING DAISIES in a new movie.
The offbeat comedy-drama, about a piemaker who can bring the dead briefly back to life, was cancelled last year (08), but Chenoweth has hinted there could be a film on the way.
She tells TV Guide magazine that the unaired episodes which have been shot won't resolve all of the plotlines on the show - and plans for a film would help close the show properly.
She says, "It would wrap up a lot of the unanswered questions that people will have once they finally air our final episodes."
Meanwhile, show creator Bryan Fuller is also considering closing the series with a comic book.
But if the film goes ahead, Chenoweth has already offered her services, and she believes her castmates will join her.
