FREEMAN TO BE HONOURED IN ZURICH

Hollywood legend MORGAN FREEMAN will be the toast of the upcoming Zurich Film Festival in Switzerland when he is honoured for his career achievement.
The Million Dollar Baby Oscar winner is set to receive the Golden Icon Award, with festival organisers hailing his "multi-faceted talent, his sense of business and his integrity" for earning him a "level of respect within and outside the entertainment industry that few others enjoy."
The festival opens on 24 September (09) and Freeman will be presented with the accolade during the closing night gala on 3 October (09), reports Daily Variety.
