Freddie has finally been evicted from the 'Big Brother' house after losing the public vote to Marcus.

Freddie has finally been evicted from the 'Big Brother' house.

The posh Oxford graduate - who had become the most nominated housemate in the show's history - lost out to Marcus in the public vote and became the tenth person to be evicted after receiving 53 per cent of the public vote.

When he was told the news by host Davina McCall, jumped up with a smile to say his goodbyes.

However, window-fitter Marcus was not so impressed and yelled: "You must be joking."

Freddie left the house with his face painted purple to match his shirt, he received a warm reception from the waiting crowd and told them: "I love you."

As part of attempting to gain housemate status when he first entered 'Big Brother', Freddie had officially changed his name by deed poll to Halfwit.

But the aspiring politician was informed by Big Brother today that as a prize he was able to legally change his name back to Freddie.
