The Saturday's singer Frankie Sandford is delighted with the wide variety of fans she has, adding she is lucky to be so popular.

The Saturdays singer is delighted she has such a wide variety of fans, adding she and her boyfriend, McFly bassist Dougie Poynter, and lucky to be so popular.

She told Britain's Heat magazine: "I do seem to attract gay people. I think one of my number one fans is gay. Lots of gay guys like Dougie too... We're like a gay idol couple!"

Frankie added she and Dougie - who have been dating for around eight months - are blissfully happy together, and are so comfortable with each other they have even shared their celebrity crushes.

She said: "He's the sweetest guy I know. He always goes out of his way to make sure I'm happy, and I think that's the most important, romantic thing.

"I have a crush on Robert Pattinson from 'Twilight', but Dougie knows about that, so it's totally fine!"
