FORGETFUL CHALKE'S RING PRECAUTION
SCRUBS star SARAH CHALKE is so accident prone, she had her fiance's phone number inscribed on her engagement ring, in case she loses it.
The actress has already lost one ring since lawyer Jamie Afifi popped the question back in December 2006 - and she's determined not to go through the trauma again.
She reveals, "I'm on my second engagement ring, with the same person I lost my first one to.
"Now his cellphone number's on the inside."
