FORD'S BATTLE WITH DEPRESSION

Celebrity designer TOM FORD plunged into a deep depression after leaving his post at famed luxury fashion house GUCCI.
Ford dressed a long line of celebrities as creative director of the brand for 10 years, until 2004.
He created his own Tom Ford label after parting ways with the company, but admits leaving his high-profile position sent him into a downward emotional spiral.
He tells America's W magazine, "I started to sink emotionally, spiritually. I became a little bit lost. It forced me to really think: 'Well, what am I, who am I, what am I about?' It took me a bit of time to figure that out."
