FOOTBALL FANS PETITION FOR SIMPSON WALL OF FAME AXE
Former American football star OJ SIMPSON is facing further humiliation following the cancellation of his book deal, with a petition to get his name removed from his old New York team's wall of fame. So far 1,500 Buffalo Bills fans have signed the paper demanding their former running back is axed from the prestigious line-up at the Ralph Wilson Stadium. Simpson's name is first on the list of football greats, which was started in 1980, but controversy surrounding a book detailing how he might have killed his ex-wife NICOLE SIMPSON and her friend RON GOLDMAN has disgusted team stalwarts, reports The Scoop. Their petition reads: "It's an embarrassment to the city, to the franchise, to the fans, and to honourable other names on the wall."
