JANE FONDA has turned to sex to help her stay fit after a hip operation meant she could not longer practice yoga. The 70-year-old former screen siren has had the joint replaced and has been banned from the Indian spiritual technique until it has properly healed. Fortunately Fonda has a new boyfriend - Lynden Gillis - who is more than happy to keep her in shape. She says, "I go cycling and hiking to keep fit and sex helps a lot. I thought that part of my life was over; I think sex really helps you keep young."
