FONDA: 'SEX GETS BETTER WITH AGE'
Film legend JANE FONDA has issued a major boast to people entering third age - the sex is better than ever. The thrice-divorced actress, 70 - currently dating retired New York businessman Lynden Gillis - will document her own sexual experiences post-60 years old in upcoming book The Third Act: Entering Primetime, which highlights the benefits of intimacy in the lives of mature couples. She tells Hello! magazine, "Genes only play about 30 per cent of a role. It's mostly about lifestyle and luck. You can be unlucky and get a debilitating disease but if you're reasonably healthy, sex can be better after 60. Especially for a woman. "Later in life, women tend to become more assertive and men more nurturing and relational. So it's a very interesting time when the two genders can become a little more alike and more harmonious."
