FLOWERS: 'I'VE APOLOGISED FOR BAD MOUTHING MY PEERS'
Outspoken THE KILLERS frontman BRANDON FLOWERS is keen to scale back on criticism in interviews after spending the past two years apologising to those he has offended.
The Human singer admits he has been too candid and too trusting in past chats - and his comments have fuelled wars of words between him and some of his rock peers.
He says, "I've since apologised to most of the people I said anything negative about.
"Getting interviewed is so unnatural. I guess I'm too trusting. I'll talk to somebody for five minutes and feel comfortable."
But he tells Spin magazine, "Maybe I deserve credit for saying what other people just think."
