FLOCKHART'S MOTHER FOLLOWS IN HER FOOTSTEPS

CALISTA FLOCKHART's mother is to follow in her daughter's footsteps - she has taken up acting during her retirement.
After spending her working life as an English teacher in Illinois, Kay and the star's father Ronald retired to Tennessee - where she has thrown herself into amateur dramatics.
And the Ally MCBeal star, her fiance Harrison Ford, and her adopted son Liam were on hand to watch Kay's stage debut.
Flockhart explains, "She had done some acting in college. And then she was a teacher her whole life. Then my father and her retired and moved to Tennessee, and she just did a production of Driving Miss Daisy. Liam and Harrison and I flew down. She was very good. She made me laugh."
