FLO RIDA SCORES DIGITAL DOWNLOAD RECORD

Rapper FLO RIDA has shattered his own digital download best and the U.S. first-week record after landing 636,000 sales in a week.
Just a week after Eminem, 50 Cent and Dr. Dre recapped the download record with their Crack A Bottle, Flo Rida added more than 200,000 sales to the top mark, as his Right Round shifted an incredible 636,000 units.
The total smashes the mark he set with Low (467,000) in January 2008, which took into account sales from that season's post-Christmas week - as well as Eminem and company's opening-week download record (418,000).
The new hit, which will claim the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart on Thursday (19Feb09), features heavy sampling from Dead Or Alive's 1985 song You Spin Me Round (Like a Record).
It'll be Flo Rida's second number one.
