FERRERA TO STAR IN IRAQ WAR DRAMA

TV star AMERICA FERRERA is set to return to the big screen - in a new film about the war in Iraq.
The Ugly Betty actress has joined the cast of the independent movie, tentatively titled American Tragic.
Ferrera will play the wife of a young soldier, played by actor Ryan O'Nan, who has trouble readjusting to civilian life when he returns to his small hometown.
Ferrera will also executive produce the project, scheduled to begin production in February (09) in New Mexico.
