Former British royal SARAH FERGUSON, DUCHESS OF YORK has slammed reports she is romancing her business associate J TODD MORLEY, insisting she is just friends with him - and his wife DORRIT. Ferguson regularly meets American financial wiz Morley to discuss business plans over lunch, prompting gossips to claim the pair are more than professional colleagues. The 46-year-old has also been spotted visiting Morley in Southampton, New York State and on the French Riviera, where the father-of-three has holiday homes. Ferguson and Morley's spokesman HOWARD RUBENSTEIN tells gossip site PageSix.com, "This is strictly business, strictly professional. "(Morley is) happily married and has three kids. She's spent time with his whole family. It's also absolutely normal for them to have been appearing in public for a drink or a sandwich or coffee."
