FERGUSON COMBATS BODY DEPRESSION WITH ICE

Former British royal SARAH FERGUSON has a unique way to combat her low self-esteem - she takes an ice bath every day.
The star's weight has fluctuated over the last two decades, and although now cutting a svelte figure, Ferguson insists she's still badly affected by her own negative body image.
She says, "Every minute of my day I think I'm fat, ugly and disgusting - that I'm unworthy and nobody likes me. I find it very difficult dealing with the darkness in the mornings. I go and work out then have an ice bath. It invigorates me for the rest of the day."
And the star has hit out at allegations her 19-year-old daughter Beatrice is overweight, after she was photographed last week (ends 11May08) on holiday wearing a bikini.
Ferguson adds, "Don't criticise my daughter. Big mistake. Beatrice is a healthy (U.K.) size ten, a fabulous girl, completely with my heart."
