FERGIE'S PROM DATE ARRESTED FOR ARMED ROBBERY
Pop star FERGIE's high school prom date has been arrested on charges of armed robbery.
The Black Eyed Peas star attended her high school ball with Vincent Dean Malicek in 1993.
He was taken into custody by California police last Friday (03Oct08) after allegedly robbing a Wells Fargo bank in a Santa Ana branch of Ralphs supermarket.
According to website TMZ.com, Malicek was caught on CCTV footage allegedly brandishing a silver handgun as he attempted to rob the bank.
