British royal the DUCHESS OF YORK is brushing up on her fashion knowledge in a bid to play a judge on style show PROJECT RUNWAY. Sarah Ferguson is a huge fan of the reality TV show and is now in talks to sit in as a guest judge. But Fergie has some way to go before she can confidently critique wannabe clothing designers on the show - just last year (06) she appeared on Tyra Banks' U.S. talk show and asked the retired model for style tips. Ferguson told Banks, "I can't accessorise. I am completely hopeless at clothes."
