FEDERLINE PRAISES FATHER FOR SPEARS' PROGRESS
KEVIN FEDERLINE is delighted his ex-wife BRITNEY SPEARS is now well enough to visit their children - praising the star's father for her recovery. The troubled Toxic singer was allowed to visit her sons on Saturday (23Feb08) for the first time in over a month after Federline insisted he wanted the boys to be reunited with their mother. Spears had her visitation rights to two-year-old Sean Preston and Jayden James, one, stripped following a public breakdown at her Beverly Hills, California, home last month (Jan08) but reached an agreement with her ex-husband on Friday (22Feb08) allowing her to see the boys - but only under the supervision of her father Jamie Spears and a psychiatrist. And Federline's spokesman, Eliot Mintz, has credited Jamie Spears with getting his daughter the help she needed. He says, "Jamie Spears went a long way in terms of stabilising an environment that surrounded Britney which was wildly in a flux. It's clear that Britney is in a different place now than she was two weeks ago." Spears was hospitalised under a mental health order this month (Feb08) and her father was subsequently awarded conservatorship of her estate.

Well, finally Brittany gets to see her children. If you have read any of my e-mails
Kevin, then you know what I have thought of you. Meaning that you were a money hungry
parasite who lived off Brittany's money. Now, I am beginning to see a possibly nice
side of you. I think what you and your lawyer did to Brittany was despicable. I definitely
agreed with Michael Sands and the reasons why he quit. I worked in a methaadone maintenance
treatment program as a counselor for many years. All the counselors had patients who
had ACS cases (that is what children's services are called in the Bronx) where I
live. Even when the parents had their children taken away temporarily, they saw their
children every week usally at the agency that was involved. I agreed with Michae
l Sands totally about what he said. Kevin, you should have talked for yourself, not
let your lawyer make all the negative press. I never heard of a judge who doesn't
allow the mother to see the child, no matter what the circumstances are. I also thin
k you had alot to do with this. You brought Brittany to court for everything. I think
it was despicable that you brought the video of her being taken out of her house
in a strecter. You couldn't wait to show the judge before telling Brittany. If the
judge knew she had mental issues, which I thought she did along time ago, why would he
grant you full custody then. I couldn't believe the judge did that at that time.
I know her father had his difficulties, and both his childlren are genetically impaired.
Like I have said before, if Brittany could never see her children again, she would kill
herself. She has alot on her plate. I have nothing nice to say about her mother.
Brittany supported her whole family for years while she was young and working. Her
mother had no parenting skills, so Brittany did the best she could under the circumstances.
Brittany's mother is money hungry and couldn't wait when her daughter Jamie got pregnant,
to go to OK Magazine (maybe not that one) to give them the story, and get something
like a million dollars. She has been in and out of Brittany's life, and there was
no consistency. I don't know how long her father was out of her life, but I believe
he really loves his daughter, and was afraid that she would take her life. I am so
thrilled that Brittany got to see her children, but I think it was overkill with
all the stipulations. Kevin, maybe you have regrets for all that happened, and would
have done it differently as you reflect back. Kevin, why would you send your bodygards
to bring and take the children to see their mother. I found that to be very cold, and
it probably appeared to thos precious and beautiful boys that you had no relationship
with their mother. Brittany loves those children very much, and you finally did the
right thing for the children. The children were the ones that were suffering during
all this.
