FEDERLINE GETS RAP CAREER HELP FROM BONE THUGS
BRITNEY SPEARS' ex-husband KEVIN FEDERLINE is stepping up his bid to forge a successful rap career - he's in talks with hip-hop heavyweights BONE THUGS-N-HARMONY to help him break into the industry.
The dancer-turned-rapper released his debut album Playing with Fire in 2006, but the disc was savaged by critics and only debuted at number 151 on the U.S. album charts before dropping out altogether.
But Federline is getting another shot at rap stardom - thanks to Tha Crossroads hitmaker Krayzie Bone.
The MC tells website TMZ.com, "We will listen to his music and if it's jumpin' off... if we can do business... Bone is all about doin' business."
And Krayzie Bone is adamant he can give Federline the street credibility he needs to make it in the business - despite admitting he's never heard any of Federline's earlier work.
He adds, "We feel like we can work with anybody and have a platinum hit ...our fan base are usually the ones who respect a man who has gone through a lot of s**t."
