FAYED BLASTS DIANA DEATH INVESTIGATION
LATEST: Egyptian tycoon MOHAMED AL FAYED has blasted British police over their investigation into the 1997 deaths of his son DODI FAYED and British royal DIANA, PRINCESS OF WALES, insisting he knows the couple were "murdered".
Al Fayed, 73, has always claimed the Princess, his son and driver HENRI PAUL, died in a planned "murder" in a Paris road tunnel at the request of "senior members" of the British royal family.
The official UK police inquiry, which was released yesterday (14DEC06) disputed Fayed's allegations of a cover-up over her death and also his claims that the princess was engaged and pregnant at the time of the accident.
LORD STEVENS, who lead the investigation, said, "This was a tragic accident. Our conclusion is that, on all the evidence available, there was no conspiracy to murder any of the occupants of the car."
However, Al Fayed, who owns London department store Harrods, says, "I am 100 per cent that leading members of the royal family have planned the whole plot.
"I am a father who lost his son and close friend.
"He (Lord Stevens) is himself a mental case."
In response, Lord Stevens says, "He is genuinely grieving parent, like others."

dear mr. Al-Fayed, many people believe you. unfortunately justice was not served.
but you did your best. there was no need to have diana killed. it is a real blot
on the powers that be. we never know who killed jfk and marilyn monroe, mlk, or rfk.
all are kept from us. i suppose that prince william would have had to reject his whole
family if the truth came out. best wishes, judy orvis hunt and peace. it is for
all of our children that things need to be made right and good.
