Action man ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER, the California Governor, is heading to Iraq to visit U.S. troops next week (beg16Nov09). He had to scrap a trip to the warzone in July (09) because of the state's budget crisis. His exact schedule has not been released for security reasons.
