ALANIS MORISSETTE completed the New York marathon in an impressive time of four hours, 28 minutes and raised nearly $4,000 (£2,500) for her chosen charity - the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust. Former E.R. star ANTHONY EDWARDS, actor EDWARD NORTON and illusionist DAVID BLAINE also donned their running shoes to compete in the event.
