AT THE DISCO stars SPENCER SMITH and BRANDAN URIE formed a one-off supergroup, called the Decaydence All-Stars, for the Warped Tour 15th anniversary party in Los Angeles on Sunday night (06Sep09). The trio and pals performed Blink-182’s Dammit and Journey’s rock classic Don’t Stop Believin’. Katy Perry, Ice-T and punk acts NOFX, Bad Religion and Rise Against also performed.
