EDDIE IZZARD has launched a bid to run more than 1,000 miles (1,609 kilometres) across the U.K. in seven weeks. The British funnyman will need to run approximately one marathon (26 miles/41 kilometers) a day to reach his goal, in aid of British fundraising campaign Sport Relief.
