WILLIAM SHATNER will open the 15th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAGs) by offering a champagne toast on the red carpet at the prizegiving on 25 January (09). The STAR TREK legend, a six-time nominee, stands to win his first Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series award for BOSTON LEGAL at this year's (09) SAGs. He and his castmates are also up for Best Ensemble.
