FASCINATING FACT 5646

Oscar winner FOREST WHITAKER won't have to face jury service on an upcoming indecent exposure trial. The movie star arrived at court in Los Angeles on Thursday (17Jul08) for jury selection but was excused from the case later in the day, reports website TMZ.com.
