British royal PRINCE EDWARD, the Earl Of Wessex, has named his second child James Alexander Philip Theo. The latest addition to the royal family was born to Edward's wife Sophie, the Countess of Wessex, on Monday (17Dec07). His full surname will be Mountbatten-Windsor and he will take the title Viscount Severn.
