FARROW CONFIRMS BROTHER TOOK HIS LIFE

MIA FARROW has confirmed her brother PATRICK's death was a suicide.
The artist was found dead in his Vermont gallery on Monday (15Jun09), and despite initial reports police were treating the matter as "suspicious," coroner Steven Shapiro has ruled Farrow died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
A statement attributed to Farrow's famous, grieving sister reads, "The family of Patrick Farrow is grieving the tragic loss of their beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle who sadly chose to take his own life. They greatly appreciate the support of their friends during this difficult time."
