FARRELL AND KNIGHTLEY IN LONDON CRIME CAPER

Colin Farrell and Keira Knightley have both signed up to new crime picture London Boulevard.

The film is William Monahan's directorial debut after writing the screenplays for Kingdom of Heaven, The Departed and Body of Lies.

The story is rumoured to involve a south London criminal called Mitchell (Farrell) who is released from prison after serving three years for an assault he does not remember committing.

Upon his release he's set-up as a handyman for a young actress (thought to be Knightley) but soon ends up in trouble after mixing with a loan shark.

The film is based on a book by Ken Bruen and Monahan is said to have adapted.

Shooting is set to begin in the summer.
