FAN RESCUES CHESNEY AFTER CONCERT INJURY
Country star KENNY CHESNEY's concert in Houston, Texas on Sunday (03May09) turned into a bloodbath after the singer cut his hand badly onstage.
Chesney had only just started his performance at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion when he realised he was dripping blood onto fans in the front row.
A well-equipped fan came to the rescue, as a concert-goer explains: "No one could see how he managed to cut himself, but there was blood everywhere. Suddenly, a hand reached up to the stage from the crowd with a Band-Aid. Kenny covered up the cut and carried on playing."
